What happens in the first session?
The first session is all about getting to know each other. I'll ask some gentle questions to better understand what’s bringing you in, and what you'd like to get out of therapy. There's no pressure to share everything at once — we’ll go at your pace.
It’s also a space for you to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see if this feels like the right fit for you. My goal is to create a calm, safe environment where you feel respected, heard, and supported from the very beginning.

How long is therapy?
Therapy looks different for everyone, and there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people come for a few sessions to work through a specific issue, while others choose to stay longer for deeper, ongoing support and personal growth.
We’ll check in together along the way to see how things are going and what feels right for you. Whether your journey is short-term or more open-ended, the pace and direction will always be guided by your needs, goals, and comfort.

Is everything confidential?​
Yes — confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy, and your privacy is deeply respected. Everything you share in session is kept strictly confidential
Before we begin, I’ll walk you through the full confidentiality policy so you know exactly what to expect. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and free to speak openly.

Sessions
To schedule or change appointments, please contact me via email or my professional mobile number provided. I will respond to your call or email within 24 hours, except on weekends, holidays, and during vacations.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice — or missed sessions without notice — are non-refundable. I understand that life happens, and exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances.
